Return & Refund Policy
Last Updated: August 28, 2026 At Royal Rims, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or you simply wish to return an eligible item, you may request a return according to the policy below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be: • Unused and in its original condition. • In its original packaging. • Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.
Items Eligible for Return
We accept returns for: • Defective or damaged products. • Products that are incorrect or different from what was ordered. Products not be eligible for return if they have been used, installed, modified, damaged after delivery, or are otherwise not in their original condition.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at royalrims.pk@gmail.com or 03331600444 with: • Your order number. • The reason for the return. • Photos or videos of the product, if it is damaged or defective. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.
Return Shipping
For customer-requested returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 4 business days after the return is approved. The refund will be issued through bank transfer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please provide photos or videos so that we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
